The Timberlook Country is the rustic, weathered choice in our Premium Sealed concrete sleeper range — a moulded timber-grain face with a lighter, more aged tone that suits acreage properties, native gardens, rural-style homes, and traditional Australian landscapes. Where the Mocha reads as polished and warm, the Country reads as natural and relaxed — the finish that looks like it's always been there.
Each sleeper is Australian-made from steel-reinforced concrete rated 40+ MPa with 2 Reo bars, in a standard 200mm high × 75mm thick profile. The gloss-sealed timber-grain face delivers the character of weathered timber without any of the ongoing maintenance that real timber demands in Australian conditions.

Note on sizing: The stated length is the distance between post centres, not the physical sleeper length. The actual sleeper is approximately 10–15mm shorter so it seats correctly into the steel posts at each end. Each course is 200mm high — plan 5 sleepers per metre of wall height, per bay.
Inadequate drainage is the leading cause of retaining wall failure in Australia. Every wall must include a free-draining aggregate zone, geotextile fabric, and slotted ag pipe to a legal outlet. What does the Timberlook Country finish look like?
A moulded timber-grain relief face with a lighter, weathered tone — similar in appearance to aged hardwood, grey gum, or naturally weathered timber boards. The finish has a more rustic, organic quality compared to the warmer Mocha or darker Smokey options.
How does Country differ from Mocha?
Mocha is a warmer, richer brown — closer to oiled or stained hardwood. Country is lighter and more weathered — closer to naturally aged or sun-bleached timber. Country suits rural, native, and traditional landscapes; Mocha suits contemporary gardens and homes with warm timber elements.
How many sleepers do I need?
Five sleepers per metre of wall height, per bay. For a 10m wall at 1m high with 2000mm post spacing: 5 sleepers × 5 bays = 25 sleepers. Always add 5–10% for cuts and wastage.
Which posts do I need with these sleepers?
