Once approved, your trade pricing is approximately 12–13% below our standard retail rate. Trade accounts carry no minimum order requirement — order exactly what your job needs, from a single post to a full truck. For retail and DIY customers, our minimum is 10 standard sleepers or 8 heavy-duty sleepers.
Standard Trade Accounts operate on a "Pay-on-Order" basis utilising your trade discount. High-volume partners can apply for a 30-Day EOM (End of Month) Account. These are subject to a credit check and strict 30-day payment compliance.

Freight is quoted individually on every order — our team will contact you to confirm delivery details, site access requirements, and the best carrier for your location before confirming. Ensure the site has adequate 3m clearance for crane trucks or all-terrain forklifts prior to the scheduled delivery date.
