Our concrete sleepers are manufactured to the specified MPa rating (40MPa, 50MPa, or 60MPa) and reinforced with high-tensile steel to AS/NZS 4671. Sleepers are warranted against manufacturing defects including:
Not covered: damage caused by incorrect installation, overloading beyond design specification, impact damage during handling or installation, or cracking caused by inadequate drainage and hydrostatic pressure buildup behind the wall.
Our steel posts are hot-dip galvanised to AS/NZS 4680 and manufactured from structural grade steel to AS/NZS 3678. Posts are warranted against:
Not covered: corrosion caused by contact with incompatible materials (e.g. untreated timber, dissimilar metals), damage caused by incorrect installation or overloading, or surface rust on cut ends (cut ends should be treated with cold galvanising compound after cutting).

Correct installation is the responsibility of the installer. Retaining Walls Direct provides material specifications and installation guidance through our guides and resources, but does not supervise or certify installation.
