Because of the nature of these products — bulk, heavy, and transported via third-party freight — our policies reflect the realities of the industry. Please read this page carefully before placing your order.
We process a high volume of orders daily, so all change requests must be submitted in writing (email or phone call with written confirmation).
We use trusted third-party transport companies to deliver your order. While we do everything we can to ensure smooth delivery, delays or rescheduling can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control.
Retaining Walls Direct will not be held liable for any financial loss arising from delivery delays or rescheduling.
If your delivery arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will liaise with the manufacturer on your behalf to seek a resolution. Please note:
If you or your transport company are collecting directly from the manufacturer's yard:
We do not accept change-of-mind or incorrect-order returns on concrete sleepers or steel products. Manufacturers cannot accept these items back due to the nature of transport and handling involved.
However, if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, we will work with the manufacturer to resolve the issue in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy. If goods cannot be supplied or are not as described, we will work with the manufacturer to arrange a suitable remedy.
