The 150 PFC heavy duty C-Channel post is the upper end of the C-Channel range — a larger section than the standard 100 PFC, providing greater bending resistance for walls up to approximately 1.2m in stable, well-drained ground conditions. The 150 PFC bridges the gap between standard C-Channel and H-Beam, suitable for walls where the 100 PFC is undersized but the site conditions don't demand the full section modulus of an H-Beam UC post.
All 150 PFC posts are hot-dip galvanised to AS/NZS 4680 and comply with AS 4678-2002 Earth Retaining Structures. Delivered direct to your site, Australia-wide.
The 150 PFC C-Channel is NOT appropriate for reactive clay sites regardless of wall height. If your site is on Wianamatta Shale (Western Sydney), Silurian Clay (Melbourne east), Oxley Clay (Brisbane west), Keswick Clay (Adelaide plains), or Guildford Clay (Perth east), specify 150 UC 30 H-Beam posts instead.
