The 100 UC 14.8 is the entry-level H-Beam Universal Column specification for concrete sleeper retaining walls — the correct post for walls up to approximately 1.2m in stable ground conditions where H-Beam is required but the full section modulus of a 150 UC or 200 UC is not needed. Commonly specified for walls on reactive clay sites under 1.2m where C-Channel is insufficient but wall height doesn't demand a heavier section.
